How come when using a Canon D660u scanner with XP Pro you have setup options to chsange contrast/brightness/Gamma etc. but using the same ( the latest updated ) drivers in Vista Beta2 5384 build you do not have these optins?

Cannon D660U scanner drivers
The device drivers and control applications for scanners and other devices are provided by the device manufacturer, not Microsoft. I'm sure that Canon is working on providing a more robust driver that will become available at a later date.
